'Held'

‘Held’ is a short contemporary dance film embodying the negative feelings and thoughts that we hold onto too tightly, becoming consumed by them.

 

See what happens when these two people who felt alone in their worlds, open up and realise the power there is in talking to each other.

 

The hope with this film is to inspire more people to open up about their mental health and reach out to others  as help is out there.

 

This piece is inspired by all the artists involved.

 

Choreography by Watson & Woodvine with an original musical score by Chloe Miller and filmed by Andy Clist.
