'Between > 1'
Performed at Camden fringe 2026
BETWEEN >1 is a contemporary dance-theatre work that enters the interior world of one woman’s deepest fears and desires. Through the collision of three figures: a lover, a father, and the self caught between them – the piece lays bare the paradox of love: the way we run towards the very thing that wounds us, and the unbearable difficulty of learning to stop.
Performed by three dancers with a pre-recorded spoken text, the work is raw, physical and unresolved. Because some doors take a lifetime to push open.
"expressive, evocative, and clearly examines the interplay between our past relationships and our present attachment styles." - The Reviews Hub, London
